Eutelsat Communications announced its renewed partnership with Radiotelevizija Slovenia (RTV Slovenia), Slovenian public broadcaster for ten years.
It deals with the HOT BIRD "prime broadcasting" of the group.
This new ten-year contract was signed today at the headquarters of Eutelsat Filli by Marko, CEO Radiotelevizija Slovenia and Michel de Rosen, CEO of Eutelsat Communications.
In 1997, RTV Slovenia chose the Hot Bird constellation for the launch of digital television in Slovenia.
Currently, this position ensures the orbital distribution of the three national channels, a regional channel (TV Koper) and five radio stations to an audience of homes equipped for DTH satellite or via cable networks and the Internet in Slovenia and throughout the coverage of HOT BIRD satellites in Europe, North Africa and Middle East.
